FrostyVerify provides email verification. You upload email addresses and we return a deliverability classification (safe, role, catch-all, disposable, invalid, etc.) for each. Verification is available through the web app, the REST API, and the MCP server.

Verification is paid for with credits. One credit verifies one email. Credits are purchased in packs and never expire.

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Because credits are a consumable digital good that draw on third-party verification costs the moment they are used, we do not offer refunds on purchased credits, whether used or unused. Please start with the Trial pack if you want to evaluate the service.

We work hard to return accurate results, but email verification is probabilistic. We do not guarantee that any address classified as “safe” will accept mail, nor that you will achieve any particular inbox or bounce rate. You are responsible for how you use the results and for complying with anti-spam and data-protection laws in your jurisdiction.

You may not use FrostyVerify to support spam, harassment, or any unlawful activity, or to verify lists you do not have a lawful basis to process. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Uploaded lists and results are stored only so you can download them, and are automatically deleted after 14 days. We do not sell your data or use your lists for any purpose other than providing the verification you requested.

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 30 days before the claim.
